On June 30^th, 2022 the court of Thessaloniki accepted the application of BPU for the new Constitution and the establishment of the headquarters in Thessaloniki.

With this constitution, adopted on the 27th of May, 2022 by BPU Council, the Balkan Physical Union acquires its legal Entity for the first time.
